Check, money order or acceptable credit/check card must accompany your order. We also accept PayPal. All payments must be in U. S. dollars. Returned checks are subject to $30.00 service charge. There will be a $15.00 wire transfer fee to cover our bank costs on all bank wire payments.  Payment other than credit cards must clear our bank before we will ship your order.

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express Cards. Please have your card information ready when calling. We will require your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card.  

COD Orders: We do not accept COD orders.

Missouri Customers: Orders delivered within the state of Missouri require us to collect Missouri state sales tax unless we have your company's reseller tax identification information on file. 8.425% sales tax will be added to your subtotal when ordering.

International Orders: We have to be very careful when it comes to accepting payments from foreign countries, due to the exponential growth of electronic credit card fraud, counterfeit / forgery technologies, etc.. And while we don't want to lose any business (provided it's legal)- we need to limit the forms of payment we accept. We cannot accept International credit cards. We prefer to receive funds through PayPal but will accept Bank wire transfers, international money orders, bank draft or cashiers check in U. S. funds. There will be a $15.00 wire transfer fee to cover our bank costs on all bank wire payments.

Delivery: Except during busy holidays and rush periods, all orders for in stock items are processed and shipped within two working days of receipt.

Out of Stock Items and Backorders: If an item is out of stock we will make every effort to contact the purchaser to inform them of their options including expected delivery date or alternate in stock items.

Return Policy: All products are considered "special ordered" by purchaser, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective or authorized by Eyespyvideo.com. Defective items will be repaired or replaced if returned within specific warranty time period. See warranties paragraph below. Any return must be authorized or it will be refused. Contact Eyespyvideo.com at 1-800-568-9291 or 314-993-4805 to receive authorization and instructions. Return product prepaid and insured (postage-due mail will not be accepted), for your protection. Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees. If we do accept a return it must be returned with ALL accessories, in the original, undamaged packaging and in unused condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied as we cannot resell electronic equipment as "new" once it has been returned.

WARRANTIES: All products carrying warranties will be guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for its given warranty period after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option, defective merchandise. Items will first be subject to testing by the respective manufacturer(s) for evidence of customer misuse, damage or alteration.

NOTE: Cameras and all video equipment must be powered by recommended power supply or battery pack/ connector supplying proper regulated voltage / polarity. If improper or unregulated power supply is used, any warranty- expressed or implied, shall be considered immediately VOID. Proper power supplies for cameras available on this site are available through Eyespyvideo.com. On certain manufacturer's warranty items, customer may be required to deal directly with the manufacturer unless no contact information (i.e. a warranty card) is provided with sale. If no warranty information is provided within order, Eyespyvideo.com will accept shipment of product and will deal with manufacturer on behalf of customer. Eyespyvideo.com DOES NOT warranty hard disk drives or other digital storage media.
All products returned for warranty service MUST be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Eyespyvideo.com at 1-800-568-9291 for an RMA request form.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

To prevent loss an adult signature is required for delivery on all mail orders over $50.00. If you wish to opt out of this restriction please email us at sales@eyespyvideo.com with your request to have your package left without a signature.
