To prevent loss an adult signature is required for delivery on all mail orders over $50.00. If you wish to opt out of this restriction please email us at sales@eyespyvideo.com with your request to have your package left without a signature.
If you opt out of the signature requirement you will be responsible for any loss once your shipment leaves EYESPYVIDEO.com.

All orders for in stock items placed before 3pm CST will ship the same day.

Unless otherwise requested Eyespyvideo ships Fed Ex Ground service for which the following price scale will be used:

WE SHIP GREEN!

Green shipping protects our environment and reduces packaging and shipping costs.

We use fully biodegradable packing peanuts. These earth friendly peanuts are made of cornstarch and dissolve fully in water.

We are committed to recycling the huge volume of packing and shipping materials we receive daily at our warehouse and retail facility.

We may reuse the sturdy serviceable cardboard cartons to package our shipments to you.  We recycle the various types of shipping materials: packing peanuts, air packs, foam and craft paper to cushion and protect your items.

We take what we do not reuse to our local recycling center so it doesn't end up in a landfill.

We urge our customers to look for opportunities for the continued use of serviceable packaging materials by contacting a recycling facility in their area.

  • The new CC-5XDWDR Color Weatherproof Bullet Camera has incredibly clear 700 TV lines of resolution, Digital Wide Dynamic Range and 2D Digital Noise Reduction.
  • The wide dynamic range (WDR) function of a camera is intended to provide clear images even under extreme light circumstances where intensity of illumination can vary excessively, namely when there are both very bright and very dark areas simultaneously in the field of view of the camera. WDR enables the capture and display of both bright and dark areas in the same frame, in a way that there are details in both areas, i.e. bright areas are not saturated, and dark areas are not too dark. It also offers amazing low light capability.
  • Digital Noise refers to the random dot pattern that is superimposed on the picture as a result of electronic noise; the 'snow' that is similar to what can be seen with poor (analog) television reception or on VHS tapes. The Digital Noise Reduction feature reduces that "noise" from the cctv camera image.
  • This is the best bullet camera we have seen in terms of performance.
