It's almost too bad that quad technology is going the 'way of the dinosaur' (due to the strides in DVRs)... because this quad rocks! Many that advertise at "real time" refresh rate or "high resolution display" really haven't gone against this one in a side-by-side comparison. We absolutely LOVE it.
Excellent quality in each frame, even in 4 up 1x4 mode. Really brilliant color and sharpness beyond the 'specs'. If you need a high quality high resolution color (or even black & white) quad- this IS the one you want and that's another Eyespyvideo.com promise. You can select individual frames onscreen or auto-sequentially switch between full frame views. VCR output sends all 4 signals to recorder or secondary monitor while VIDEO output shows manually or automatically selected views on monitor screen. Several onscreen menu features include titling. It's a winner.
