The IP-NVS is a single channel video server which will accept virtually any type of camera, wireless receivers, DVRs, multiplexors, etc. Each IP-NVS will give a display and access to one camera, DVR, multiplexor, etc. to up to 20 viewers simultaneously all at one time to anywhere in the world utilizing the web. This device does not have the capability to record video; a remote device is needed to record video from the camera. The IP-VS does have the ability to record to an on board SD card. A Guest logged in as a viewer may view only. A person logged in as an administrator can view video over the IP-NVS and make administrative changes.
IP-NVS Video supports dynamic addressing support for users with DHCP addressing from Internet service providers. It is not necessary to have a static IP address from an Internet provider but a static IP is ideal. BlueNet provides a FREE DDNS service that communicates with our IP-NVS to allow any and all users to access their servers via a personal web address, such as johndoe.mybluenetvideo.com.
